NOTES

Color: Golden with copper highlights.
Nose: Very expressive and refined. Opens with pastry and spicy notes, followed by candied fruit (quince paste). A subtle resinous touch adds depth and elegance.
Palate: Powerful yet rounded start. Begins with notes of candied fruits, followed by flavors of caramelized tarte tatin, ending with a hint of resinous tones.
Finish: Beautiful length, fresh and silky.
